2020 Annual General Meeting

CMBA Members,

With the recent restrictions by our government and public health, CMBA will be moving our AGM to a online Zoom meeting instead of the scheduled in person meeting.  The meeting will remain at the same time November 23, 2020 at 7pm.  Please sign on using the link below or use the meeting ID and password.

Voting in new members will be conducted via text to one board member and one volunteer during our meeting.  Information will be presented at the meeting itself.

Director reports will be on CMBA website along with Treasurer / Year end financials.  Members can review them later tonight or tomorrow and be able to ask any questions during the AGM that they have.  AGM agenda will also be on the website.
